


Nick Cotton-Baez
Nick Cotton-Baez is an associate in the law firm of Kelly PC. He received his B.A. in sociology, summa cum laude, in 2013 from the State University of New York at Potsdam and his J.D. in 2016 from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. During law school, Nick served as an intern in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked as a legal fellow in the Denver City Attorney’s Office.
Nick’s practice is focused on providing general counsel services to municipalities. His work for clients includes drafting ordinances, reviewing contracts and land use development applications, and researching and drafting memoranda of law regarding issues such as public records, open meetings, and TABOR.
